Returns

We appreciate your choice of our fragrances and strive for complete satisfaction. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us under the following conditions:

Return period

  • You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Condition of the Product

  • For a successful return, the product must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

Returns procedure

  1. Please contact our customer service within 14 days at info@omryfragrance.com to register your return. Please state the reason for return.
  2. Follow the instructions you receive from us for returning the product.
  3. Make sure the product is properly packaged and return it with all accessories and, if possible, the original invoice or packing slip.

Return costs

  • The costs for return shipping are at your own expense. The exact costs depend on the carrier.

Refund

  • After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, we will refund the purchase price, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days.

Damaged products

  • If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service at info@omryfragrance.com as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days of receipt, to report the damage.
  • Send us a clear photo of the damaged product and packaging. This helps us to better understand the nature and cause of the damage and to prevent similar situations in the future.
  • After assessing the situation, we will send a replacement product free of charge.
